摘要
随着高速的城镇化发展与新农村建设,村落空间形态的原真性遭受了一定程度的破坏,致使村落发展呈现无序化,故在村落空间优化前,需要深入研究村落空间的内在逻辑。基于分形理论与空间句法理论建立了安宁市凤仪村的分析模型,采用Depthmap与Grasshopper分析凤仪村物质空间形态特征并提出了优化策略。(1)分形分析发现:村落分形特征不够明显;空间形态复杂度的连续性较好;(2)空间句法理论应用引入前景网络概念,结合实地调研,对村落空间形态进行分析后发现:村落整合度偏低、空间结构随意性较强、整体可达性不佳;村落空间开放性强于封闭性;村落全局穿行度较高的区域与全局整合度较高的区域具有一定的重合;(3)根据分析结果提出村落优化策略:优化村落路网结构,扩宽较窄巷道,增加局部节点景观,以优化凤仪村的整合度和穿行度,提升村落空间活力。
With the rapid development of urbanization and the construction of new rural areas, the authenticity of the village space form has been damaged to a certain extent, resulting in a disordered development. Therefore, before the optimization of the village space, it is necessary to deeply study the internal logic of village space.Based on the fractal theory and space syntax theory, this paper establishes an analysis model of Fengyi Village in Anning City. Depthmap and Grasshopper are used to analyze the physical and spatial morphological characteristics of Fengyi Village and optimization strategies are proposed.(1) Fractal analysis found that the fractal characteristics of the village are not obvious enough;the continuity of the spatial morphological complexity is good.(2) The application of space syntax theory introduces the concept of foreground network.Combined with field research, after analyzing the spatial form of villages, it is found that the integration degree of villages is low;the spatial structure is more random, and the overall accessibility is poor;the openness of village space is stronger than closed;the area with high global traversal degree of the village has a certain overlap with the area with high global integration degree.(3) According to the analysis results, the village optimization strategies are put forward, such as optimizing the road network structures of the village, widening the narrower lanes, and increasing the local node landscape to optimize the integration and passing degree of Fengyi Village. Therefore, the vitality of the village space can be enhanced.
