摘要
以几大旅游网站游客对南京园博园的网络评价文本为数据来源,运用ROSTCM6软件对南京园博园游客旅游体验进行了分析研究。结果表明:游客对于南京园博园的旅游体验整体表现出积极情感倾向,感知重点主要集中在环境质量、园内外交通、园区吸引点、配套设施、服务管理等方面,其中对环境质量满意度较高,但对其他几项存在消极感知。为此,提出了园区在后续建设中应考虑:(1)丰富体验活动,进行项目与游线升级,开展特色体验活动;(2)改进配套设施,缩短园区接驳车间隔时间,优化园内交通与指引系统;减少园内餐饮不合理溢价,增加餐饮服务点与遮阳避暑设施;(3)提升服务管理,增加意见反馈渠道,加强工作人员职业素质与工作能力培训,合理调整门票收费方式。
Taking the online evaluation texts of tourists from several major tourism websites on Nanjing Garden Expo Park as the data source, this paper analyzes and studies the tourism experience of tourists in Nanjing Garden Expo Park by using RostCM6 software. The results show that tourists show a positive emotional tendency for the tourism experience of Nanjing Garden Expo Park as a whole, and their perception focuses on environmental quality, transportation inside and outside the park, attraction points of the park, supporting facilities, service management, etc., of which the satisfaction with environmental quality is high, but there are negative perceptions of other items. In the subsequent construction of the park, consideration should be given to(1) enriching experience activities, upgrading projects and tour routes, and carrying out characteristic experience activities;(2) improving supporting facilities, shortening the shuttle bus interval in the park, and optimizing the traffic and guidance system in the park;reducing the unreasonable premium of catering in the park, and increasing catering service points and sunshade facilities;(3) improving service management, increasing feedback channels, strengthening the training of staffs’ professional quality and working ability, and reasonably adjusting the ticket charging method.
