摘要
为了解白柳和旱柳种间杂交后代的生长与形态遗传变异规律,筛选了观赏性高的彩色柳树种质资源,以河北农业大学苗圃内白柳和旱柳种间杂交得到的杂种子代为材料,利用塔尺、游标卡尺、扫描仪等设备及Photoshop、Lamina、SPSS、DPS等分析软件,对1年生和2年生杂交子代的生长特性、枝条颜色以及叶片形态进行了测定和分析。结果表明:柳树种间杂交子代的苗高、地径、枝条颜色都具有较大的遗传差异,1 a、2 a生子代株高变异系数分别为26.05%、20.40%,地径变异系数分别为25.32%、28.60%,子代枝条呈现绿色、黄绿、浅红、红色、橙红、深红等多种颜色。叶片形态指标中变异系数由大到小依次为:叶面积、宽长比、叶宽、叶长、叶周长,变异系数的范围为22.71%~44.32%。叶片形态聚类分析将子代株系分为两大类,分别为宽叶型和窄叶型,叶片形态分别为近似披针形和阔披针形。综合分析表明,杂交后代的性状遗传差异较大,存在比较丰富的遗传多样性。
In order to understand the growth and morphological genetic variation rule of interspecific hybrid offspring between Salix alba L. and Salix matsudana Koidz, colorful willow germplasm resources with high ornamental value are screened. The interspecific hybrid offspring between Salix alba L. and Salix matsudana Koidz in the nursery of Agricultural University of Hebei were used as materials. The growth characteristics, branch color and leaf morphology of the 1-year-old and 2-year-old hybrid offspring were determined and analyzed using box staff, vernier caliper, scanner and other equipment and Photoshop, Lamina, SPSS, DPS and other analysis software. The results showed that there were great genetic differences in seedling height, ground diameter and branch color of willow interspecific hybrid progeny. The coefficient of variation of 1-year-old and 2-year-old hybrid off spring plant height were 26.05% and 20.40%, respectively. The coefficient of variation of ground diameter was 25.32% and 28.60%, respectively. The offspring branches show green, yellow green, light red, red, orange red, dark red and other colors. The coefficients of variation in leaf morphological indexes from large to small were leaf area, width-to-length ratio, leaf width, leaf length, and leaf perimeter.The coefficient of variation ranged from 22.71% to 44.32%.Leaf morphology clustering analysis divided the progeny lines into two categories, broad leaf type and narrow leaf type, respectively. Leaf morphology is lanceolate and broad lanceolate, respectively. Comprehensive analysis shows that the traits of the hybrid offspring are different with rich genetic diversity.
