不同温度下蝶豆的生理生化响应

Physiological and Biochemical Responses of Clitoria ternatea L.under Different Temperatures

摘要 以蝶豆幼苗为试验材料,利用智能光照培养箱对其进行温度处理,研究不同温度下蝶豆形态和生理变化。结果表明:低温5℃下蝶豆嫩梢下垂、新叶闭合;高温45℃下蝶豆嫩梢下垂。以25℃作为对照组,随着温度降低,蝶豆的SOD活性、MDA含量、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量先升高后下降;CAT、POD活性先下降后上升;光合色素含量升高,细胞膜透性增大。随着温度升高,蝶豆的SOD、可溶性糖含量先上升后下降,POD、CAT活性、MDA含量、细胞膜透性和可溶性蛋白含量先下降后上升;光合色素呈波浪形变化。低温或高温下的Pro含量均呈先上升后下降再上升趋势。结合形态观察与生理生化指标变化,初步认定蝶豆幼苗生长温度适应区间为15~40℃,蝶豆对低温变化反应较为敏感。研究结果为蝶豆的应用和推广提供理论参考依据。 Clitoria ternatea L.seedlings were taken as test materials cultured in intelligent light incubator and treated with different temperatures to study morphological and physiological changes of C.ternatea L.under different temperatures.The results showed that the new shoots of C.ternatea L.drooped and the new leaf closed at 5℃;the new shoots of C.ternatea L.drooped at 45℃.Taking control group at 25℃into account,as temperature dropped,SOD activity,MDA content,soluble sugar content and soluble protein content of C.ternatea L.increased first and then decreased;CAT and POD activity decreased first and then increased;photosynthetic pigment content increased,and cell membrane permeability increased.As temperature raised,SOD and soluble sugar content in C.ternatea L.first increased and then decreased,POD and CAT activity,MDA content,cell membrane permeability and soluble protein first decreased and then increased;photosynthetic pigment showed a wavy change,Pro content,whether at low or high temperature,showed a trend of first increased,then decreased and then increased.Considering morphological observation and change of physiological and biochemical indexes,15-40℃was suitable for C.ternatea L.seedlings to grow,and C.ternatea L.was more sensitive to low temperature change.Such results provided theoretical reference for the application and promotion of C.ternatea L.
