摘要
随着中国经济的发展,国内工程项目不仅数量逐步增加,且规模及复杂程度也在不断扩大,这对工程项目管理提出了迫切的要求。工程项目管理信息化为实现工程项目科学管理提供了思路。本文针对我国工程管理信息化建设进展展开分析与思考。首先分析工程管理信息化的必要性,其次概述工程管理信息化的概念和内涵,接着总结我国工程管理信息化发展历程和现状,最后指出我国工程管理信息化发展过程中存在的问题,并提出解决措施。
With the development of China’s economy,domestic engineering projects not only gradually increase in number,but also in scale and complexity,which put forward an urgent requirement for engineering project management.Informatization of engineering project management provides ideas for realizing scientific management of project.This paper analyses and considers the progress of engineering management informatization construction in China.Firstly,the necessity of engineering project management informatization is analyzed.Secondly,the concept of engineering management informatization are outlined,then the development history and development status of engineering management informatization in China is summarized.Finally,the existing problems in the development process of engineering management informatization in China are pointed out and the solutions are put forward.
