摘要
通过研究A机场改扩建工程的基本特点、现有组织结构及其可能存在的风险,结合项目治理理论与机场项目的特点,从治理和管理角度提出适用于A机场改扩建工程的项目组织结构,并从治理层级、管理层级和实施层级提出A机场改扩建工程项目组织运作机制,为机场改扩建工程的项目治理和管控提供借鉴。
By studying the basic characteristics,existing organizational structure and possible risks of the A Airport Reconstruction and Expansion Project,combined with the project governance theory and the characteristics of airport projects,this paper proposes a project organization structure suitable for the A Airport Reconstruction and Expansion Project from the perspective of governance and management,and puts forward the operation mechanism of the A airport reconstruction and expansion project organization from the governance level,management level and implementation level,in order to provide experience for the project governance and management of the airport reconstruction and expansion project.
