摘要 [目的/意义]分析《高等学校知识产权管理规范》标准条款中对知识产权素养的要求,为高校图书馆更好地开展知识产权素养教育提供参考。[方法/过程]调研42家“双一流”高校图书馆的知识产权素养教育开展情况,基于《高等学校知识产权管理规范》梳理了知识产权素养教育对象、标准条款、标准对知识产权能力的要求,并从教育类型、组织机构、教育对象、教育内容、教育形式等五个方面分析了知识产权素养教育在高校的组织与实施。[结果/结论]建议高校图书馆按照学科分类、理论与实践、通识与专业相结合科学制定知识产权素养教育内容,形成层次化、系统化、科学化、规范化的知识产权素养教育内容体系。 [Purpose/significance]The paper is to analyze the requirements of intellectual property literacy in the standard clauses of Intellectual Property Management for Higher Education Institutions and provide references for university library to better carry out intellectual property literacy education.[Method/process]The paper investigates the development of intellectual property literacy education in 42 double-first-class university libraries and sorts out the objects of intellectual property literacy education standard clauses and requirements of standards on intellectual property capabilities based on the Intellectual Property Management for Higher Education Institutions.It also analyzes the organization and implementation of intellectual property literacy education in universities from five aspects of education types organization education object education content and education form.[Result/conclusion]It is suggested that university libraries formulate the content of intellectual property literacy education scientifically according to the combination of discipline classification theory and practice general knowledge and specialty so as to form a hierarchical systematic scientific and standardized content system of intellectual property literacy education.
