摘要
[目的]制备高桶混兼容性的77%氢氧化铜干悬浮剂。[方法]采用湿法砂磨粉碎和实验室离心喷雾干燥设备制备77%氢氧化铜干悬浮剂,并通过对润湿剂和分散剂的筛选,根据润湿时间、崩解次数、悬浮率和与其他药、肥、矿物油的兼容性测定筛选出最终配方。同时,进行田间药效试验验证。[结果]最优配方:氢氧化铜77%、SPDF22624%、Tesperse-27003%、PICO-NW20.5%、SAG6300.1%、木质素磺酸钠A补足至100%。田间试验结果表明:77%氢氧化铜干悬浮剂在300~450 g a.i./hm2用量下,对柑橘溃疡病的防效可达76.84%~94.61%,优于同剂量水分散粒剂防治效果。[结论]该配方制得的干悬浮剂悬浮率高、稳定性好,各项性能指标均符合规定,而且生产过程中浆料不沉淀,同时解决了目前市场上氢氧化铜干悬浮剂与其他药、肥、矿物油的桶混兼容性差的问题。
[Aims]The study aims to prepare copper hydroxide 77%DF with high barrel mixing compatibility.[Methods]The copper hydroxide 77%DF was prepared by wet grinding and pray drying by labware of spray dryer.The wetting agent and dispersant were screened,and the final formula was selected according to the wetting time,disintegration frequency,suspension rate and compatibility with other drugs,fertilizer and mineral oil.The field efficacy test was carried out for verification.[Results]The optimum formula was:copper hydroxide 77%,SP-DF22624%,Tesperse-27003%,PICO-NW20.5%,SAG6300.1%,sodium ligninsulfonate A complements to 100%.The results of field experiment showed that the control effect of copper hydroxide 77%DF on citrus canker was 76.84%-94.61%at the dosage of 300-450 g a.i./ha,which was better than the control effect of water-dispersed granule at the same dose.[Conclusions]The DF prepared by the formula has high suspending rate,good stability,and all the performance indexes meet the requirements.In addition,the suspension does not precipitate in the production process,and solves the problem of poor compatibility between copper hydroxide DF and other drugs,fertilizers and mineral oil in the barrel mixing.
