摘要
针对综合产业园废水处理项目进水水质成分复杂、可生化性较差、水质水量波动较大的特点,以潜江某综合产业园废水处理项目为例,介绍了该工程的废水特性、废水处理工艺、主要设计参数和运行效果,分析了不同工况下的污水处理运行费用。污水经“水解酸化+AAO+混凝沉淀+臭氧-BAF”工艺处理后,出水主要污染物指标可稳定达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准。污水处理厂投资为4826元/m^(3),设计工况下运行费用为1.399元/m^(3),实际低进水水质工况下的运行费用为0.755元/m^(3)。相关经验可为排水企业种类较多、具有相似水质特征的综合产业园污水处理厂提供参考。
In view of the characteristics of complex water quality components,poor biodegradability and large fluctuation of water quality and quantity in the wastewater treatment project of the comprehensive industrial zone,a wastewater treatment project of a comprehensive industrial zone in Qianjiang is taken as an example.The wastewater characteristics,wastewater treatment process,main design parameters and operation effects of the project are introduced,and the operation costs of wastewater treatment under different working conditions are analyzed.After the wastewater is treated by the"hydrolytic acidification+AAO+coagulation and sedimentation+O_(3)-BAF"process,the main pollutant indices of effluent can stably reach the first class A criteria of the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plants(GB 18918—2002).The investment of the WWTP is 4826 yuan/m^(3),the operation cost under the design condition is 1.399 yuan/m^(3),and the actual operating cost under the low influent quality condition is 0.755 yuan/m^(3).The relevant experience can provide a reference for the comprehensive industrial zone WWTPs with many types of drainage enterprises and similar water quality characteristics.
