摘要
面向回流工况下反应放热测量的需求,结合回流工况系统传热因子UA与冷凝因子factor的在线标定方法,设计了反应放热测量流程。针对性地从机械结构、系统软硬件方面设计了回流工况反应放热测控系统。为验证系统的可行性,在不同温差、不同质量条件下进行标准热发生实验,将模拟放热量与系统测量结果进行对比,实验结果表明:该系统反应放热测量的相对误差在5%以内,测量结果的相对标准偏差在4%以内,证明了系统具有一定的准确性和一致性。该研究为回流工况反应放热测量提供了理论和技术参考,具有很好的应用前景和商业价值。
Facing reaction exothermic measurement requirements under reflux condition, combining with the on-line calibration method of heat transfer factor and condensation factor under reflux condition, the flow chart of reaction exothermic measurement was designed.The measurement and control system of reaction heat release under reflux condition was designed from the aspects of mechanical structure, system hardware and software.In order to verify the feasibility of the system, standard thermal generation experiments were carried out under different temperature difference and different mass conditions.Comparing the simulated heat release with the system measurement results, the experimental results show that the relative error of reaction heat release measurement is within 5%,and the relative standard deviation of measurement results is within 4%,which proves the system has accuracy and consistency.This study provides theoretical and technical reference for the reaction heat release measurement under reflux conditions and has good application prospect and commercial value.
