日粮添加大麦DDGS对牦牛生长性能、血清生化指标及屠宰性能的影响 被引量:6

Effects of dietary barley DDGS on growth performance,serum biochemical indices and slaughter performance of yaks

摘要 文章旨在研究日粮添加大麦DDGS对牦牛生长性能、血清生化指标及屠宰性能的影响。试验将同批次、初始体重相近的60头牦牛随机分为2组,每组30头,2组牦牛采用相同的饲养管理模式。其中,对照组牦牛饲喂全株青贮玉米-小麦秸秆型基础日粮,试验组牦牛在饲喂基础日粮中利用大麦DDGS等量替代小麦秸秆,试验为期60 d。结果表明,(1)试验组牦牛末重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且试验组牦牛料重比显著低于对照组(P<0.05);(2)试验组牦牛血清中总蛋白、低密度脂蛋白含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且对照组牦牛血清中甘油三酯含量显著高于试验组(P<0.05);(3)与对照组相比,试验组牦牛的宰前活重、胴体重、净肉重显著提高(P<0.05)。结论,利用大麦DDGS等量替代基础日粮中的小麦秸秆能提高牦牛生长性能,改善牦牛血清生化指标和屠宰性能。 The experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary supplementation of barley DDGS on growth performance,serum biochemical indexes and slaughter performance of yaks.60 yaks of the same batch with similar initial weight were randomly divided into two groups,30 yaks in each group.The two groups adopted the same feeding and management mode.Among them,yaks in the control group were fed the whole plant silage corn wheat straw based diet,and yaks in the test group were fed the same amount of barley DDGS instead of wheat straw in the basic diet for 60 days.The results showed that(1)The end weight of yak in the test group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the feed weight ratio of yak in the test group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);(2)The content of total protein and low density lipoprotein in yak serum of the test group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the content of triglycerides in yak serum of the control group was significantly higher than that of the test group(P<0.05);(3)Compared with the control group,the live weight,carcass weight and net meat weight of yaks in the test group were significantly increased(P<0.05).Barley DDGS can be used to replace wheat straw in the basic diet equally,which can improve the growth performance,serum biochemical indexes and slaughter performance of yaks.
