摘要
近年来,现代饲料行业已逐渐成为农业经济结构的支柱产业之一,也迎来了前所未有的发展机遇。随着行业的发展,饲料企业想要在产业变革的竞争中占有一席之地,就必须加快向绿色无污染、无公害、标准化、现代化、规模化生产方式发展。人才是第一生产力,饲料企业要发展,需要大量高素质技能应用人才作为技术支撑,这就对为社会培养专业人才的高校提出了新的要求。为了满足饲料企业对人才的需求,高校饲料专业教育变革迫在眉睫。文章就新时代背景下高校饲料专业人才培养进行探讨,通过了解饲料行业对人才需求的变化,及时调整人才培养方案,增强饲料专业的吸引力和活力。
In recent years,the modern feed industry has gradually become one of the pillar industries of the agricultural economic structure,and has also ushered in an unprecedented development opportunity.With the development of the industry,if feed enterprises want to occupy a place in the fierce competition,they must accelerate their development to a green,pollution-free,standardized,modernized,large-scale production mode.Talents are the first productive force.If feed enterprises want to develop,they need a large number of high-quality skilled application talents as technical support,which puts forward new requirements for colleges and universities that cultivate professional talents for the society.In order to meet the needs of feed enterprises for talents,the reform of feed professional education in colleges and universities is imminent.This paper discusses the talent training of feed specialty in colleges and universities under the new era background.Through understanding the changes in the demand for talents in the feed industry,we can adjust the talent training program in time to enhancing the attractiveness and vitality of feed specialty.
