摘要
介绍了关于设计沸腾冷却床时所需的风量、风压、换热面积等参数的理论计算方法,通过试验得出风量、风压、冷却水管内水流速度的参数值,两者之间可以相互检验;同时阐述了沸腾床常见的结构形式,以及离心风机和罗茨风机的特点,供大家今后在设计沸腾冷却床时参考。
The theoretical calculation method of the air volume,air pressure,heat exchange area and other parameters required for the design of the fluidized cooling bed has been introduced in the text,while the parameter values of the air volume,air pressure,and water flow velocity in the cooling pipe have been obtained through the test,which can be mutually verified.Meanwhile,the common structure forms of the fluidized bed and the characteristics of the centrifugal fan and Roots fan have been described for reference in the design of the fluidized cooling bed in the future.
