摘要
研究杂交鹅掌楸F1代在不同地区生长性状的差异,从基因型与环境互作效应(GGE)的角度入手,探索杂交鹅掌楸F1代苗期生长的基因型与环境互作,同时评价试验地的适应性,总结苗期生长中的适地适基因型的规律,为杂交鹅掌楸大面积推广造林提供科学理论依据。本研究以2014年定植在湖北黄冈、浙江安吉和山东肥城的3年生杂交鹅掌楸F1代基因型为材料,通过R软件包GGEBiplotGUI分析基因型与环境互作,利用树高的均值作GGE双标图,评价最适试验地点,筛选最适基因型。结果表明:黄冈最适宜的基因型为F15,肥城最适宜的基因型为F05和F09,安吉最适宜的基因型为F17;利用双标图评价了区分力和适应性最好的试验地点为安吉;遗传稳定性好且高生长量的基因型有F17、F05、F11、F02和F14。本研究表明:安吉最适合杂交鹅掌楸生长,该地区的弱酸性土壤和降雨量充足的环境条件更适合杂交鹅掌楸子代的推广种植;综合筛选出高生长量和遗传稳定性好的杂交鹅掌楸F1代杂交亲本组合是C2×T4;GGE双标图分析方法直观性强,适用于合理评价多点试验的生态区划分、最适试验地和优良基因型,也可以为其他树种数量性状的评价提供借鉴。
In order to study the difference of growth characters of F1Liriodendron hybrids in different regions,the interaction between genotype and environment in F1generation of Liriodendron hybrids was explored.Meanwhile,the adaptability of experimental sites were evaluated,and the laws of suitable genotypes were summarized to provide scientific theoretical basis for large-scale afforestation of Liriodendron hybrids.In this study,three-year-old Liriodendron hybrids F1genotypes planted in Huanggang of Hubei Province,Anji of Zhejiang Province and Feicheng of Shandong province in 2014 were used as materials.The interaction between genotype and environment was analyzed by R software package GGEbiplotGUI,and the average tree height was used as GGE Biplot to evaluate the optimal test site and select the most suitable genotype.The results showed that F15 was the most suitable genotype for Huanggang,and F05,F09 were the most suitable genotype for Feicheng,and F17 was the most suitable genotype for Anji;Anji was the best experimental site to evaluate the discrimination and adaptability by using Biplot;the genotypes with good genetic stability and high growth were F17,F05,F11,F02 and F14.The results showed that Anji experimental site was suitable for the growth of Liriodendron hybrids seedlings.The weak acid soil and sufficient rainfall in this area were more suitable for the promotion and planting of Liriodendron hybrids progeny;the F1hybrid parent combination with high growth rate and good genetic stability was C2×T4.The GGE Biplot analysis method is intuitive and suitable for the reasonable evaluation of ecological division,optimal location and excellent genotypes of multi-point test,and could also provide reference for the evaluation of quantitative traits of other tree species.
