珍珠岩椰糠混合基质影响君子兰营养生长的试验 被引量:2

Effects of Compound Substrate of Coconut Bran and Perlite on the Growth of Clivia

摘要 以君子兰‘技油’子代二年生种苗为材料,采用无土栽培的方法研究珍珠岩椰糠混合基质不同配比对君子兰种苗营养生长的影响,以筛选出君子兰生长快速高效的无土栽培基质。结果表明,不同的珍珠岩椰糠混合基质配比对君子兰种苗的株高、叶片长、叶片宽、根长、干物质累积均有明显的影响。对株高的影响上处理1(珍珠岩∶椰糠=1∶1)和处理3(珍珠岩∶椰糠=1:5)差异明显,达到显著水平;对叶片长度的影响上处理1(珍珠岩∶椰糠=1∶1)和其他三个处理差异均达到显著水平;对干物质量的影响上处理1(珍珠岩∶椰糠=1∶1)与处理3(珍珠岩∶椰糠=1∶5)、CK的差异均达到显著水平。在综合考虑君子兰优良品质和节约栽培成本的基础上,认为4种不同比例的混合基质对君子兰营养生长发育影响效果大小排序为处理1(珍珠岩∶椰糠=1∶1)>处理2(珍珠岩∶椰糠=1∶3)>CK>处理3(珍珠岩∶椰糠=1∶5)。 The effects of compound substrate of coconut bran and perlite on the growth of Clivia were studied by soilless culture with two-year-old seedlings of’Jiyou’progeny of Clivia.The results showed that different perlite and coconut bran mixed substrate ratios had significant effects on the plant height,leaf length,leaf width,root length and dry matter accumulation of Clivia seedlings.The effect on plant height was significantly different between treatment 1(perlite∶coconut bran=1∶1)and treatment 3(perlite∶coconut bran=1∶5),reaching a significant level;the effect on leaf length was upper treatment 1(perlite∶coconut bran=1∶1)and the other three treatments reached a significant level;the effect on dry matter quality was treatment 1(perlite∶coconut bran=1∶1),treatment 3(perlite∶coconut bran=1∶5)and CK reached a significant level.Based on the comprehensive consideration of the excellent quality of Clivia and the saving of cultivation costs,it is believed that the effect of 4 different proportions of mixed substrates on the growth and development of Clivia is in the order of treatment 1(perlite∶coconut bran=1∶1)>treatment 2(perlite∶coconut bran=1∶3)>CK>Treatment 3(perlite∶coconut bran=1∶5).
