胡麻抗旱综合性评价及种质资源分析 被引量:6

Comprehensive Evaluation of Drought Resistance and Analysis of Germplasm Resources of Flax

摘要 以12份甘肃省内主要胡麻优良品种为试验材料,设置自然灌水与干旱模拟池2个处理,对氧化胁迫指标(MDA,EL)、光合特性指标(En,Pn,Ci,Gs,F_(v)/F_(m),qP,qN,Ф_(PSⅡ))等与产量相关的生物学指标(株高,主茎分枝数,有效分枝数,产量)进行检测,通过计算抗旱系数、主成分分析及隶属函数值来比较12份材料的抗旱性。结果显示,干旱胁迫下丙二醛(MDA)含量、离子渗漏(EL)、蒸腾速率(E_(n))、净光合速率(P_(n))、胞间CO_(2)浓度(C_(i))、气孔导度(G_(s))及产量等各项指标对干旱胁迫均敏感,其抗旱系数因材料不同有差异。主成分分析进一步证实氧化胁迫指标(MDA,EL)、光合作用相关参数、叶绿素荧光相关参数均可作为衡量胡麻抗干旱胁迫能力强弱的鉴定指标。利用隶属函数对胡麻进行抗旱性综合评价,得到5份高度抗旱材料,2份中度抗旱材料,5份低度抗旱材料。本研究以期为西北地区胡麻生产合理用种和胡麻抗旱育种提供理论依据。 12 flax varieties of Gansu Province were as experiment materials,natural irrigation and drought simulation pool were as treatments,malondialdehyde(MDA),electrolyte leakage(EL),photosynthesis characteristic index(transpiration rate(E_(n)),the photosynthetic rate(Pn),intercellular CO2concentration(C_(i))and stomatal conductance(G_(s)),chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of the original light energy conversion efficiency(F_(v)/F_(m)),coefficient of photochemical quenching(qP),coefficient of photochemical quenching(qN),photochemical quantum yield(Φ_(PSⅡ))and agronomic traits related to yield(plant height,number of main stem branches,effective branches,yield)index,further calculated drought resistance coefficient were conducted.Using principal component analysis and membership function to compare 12 oil flax varieties drought resistance.The results showed that MDA content,EL,En,Pn,Ci,Gs and yield were all sensitive to drought stress,and the drought resistance coefficient varied with different materials.The principal component analysis further confirmed that MDA,EL,photosynthesis-related parameters and chlorophyll fluorescence related parameters could be used as the identification indexes to evaluate the drought stress resistance of flax.Using the membership function to comprehensively evaluated the drought resistance of flax,5 high-drought resistance materials,2 medium-drought resistance materials and 5 low-drought resistance materials were obtained.This study is expected to provide theoretical basis for rational seed use and drought resistance breeding of flax in northwest China.
