一种缓释型固体抑盐剂的研制与性能 被引量:1

摘要 针对盐膏地层在油气生产过程中NaCl沉积所造成的油井产油量降低、作业维护费用增加和采油设备堵塞等问题,以及液体抑盐剂防盐周期短、人工成本高和加料频繁的弱点,研制出一种新型缓释型固体抑盐剂。首先筛选抑盐剂并经过优化形成复合抑盐剂,再以树脂、聚合物和交联剂为载体,按一定比例对复合抑盐剂进行包裹并固化,制成缓释型固体抑盐剂。结果表明:复合抑盐剂的最佳单剂质量比为m(亚铁盐)∶m(氨羧络合物)=2∶5,其平均抑盐率可达95%;经缓释浓度测定及抑盐率测定实验得出,缓释型固体抑盐剂质量配比为51.22%复合抑盐剂+19.51%树脂+12.20%聚合物Ⅰ+4.87%聚合物Ⅱ+12.20%交联剂时,缓释、抑盐效果最好,在90℃条件下可有效防盐120 d,在此期间抑盐率始终保持在85.27%~96.72%。此抑盐剂不仅具有良好的抑盐性能,而且能够有效延长防盐周期并克服液体抑盐剂加料频繁的弱点,从而满足油井长期抑盐的需要。 In the process of oil and gas production in salt-gypsum formation, the deposition of NaCl causes problems such as the decrease of oil production in oil wells, the increase of operation and maintenance costs, and the blockage of oil production equipment, as well as the shortcomings of short salt prevention cycle, high labor costs and frequent feeding of liquid salt inhibitors, a new type of sustained-release solid salt inhibitor was developed. Firstly, the salt inhibitor was screened and optimized to form a composite salt inhibitor. Then, the resin, polymer and crosslinking agent were used as carriers to encapsulate and solidify the composite salt inhibitor in a certain proportion to prepare a sustained-release solid salt inhibitor. The results show that the best single agent mass ratio of the composite salt inhibitor is m(ferrous salt)∶m(aminocarboxylate complex) = 2∶5, and the average salt inhibition rate can reach 95%. Through the test of sustained-release concentration and salt inhibition rate, it is concluded that when the mass ratio of sustained-release solid salt inhibitor is 51.22% composite salt inhibitor + 19.51% resin + 12.20% polymer Ⅰ+4.87% polymer Ⅱ+12.20% cross-linking agent, the effect of sustained-release and salt inhibition is the best. It can effectively prevent salt for 120 d at 90 ℃, and the salt inhibition rate is always maintained between 85.27%-96.72%. This salt inhibitor not only has good salt inhibition performance, but also can effectively prolong the salt prevention period and overcome the weakness of frequent feeding of liquid salt inhibitor, so as to meet the needs of long-term salt inhibition of oil wells.
