摘要
目的:观察基于快速康复外科理念(FTS)的护理模式在脑动脉瘤介入术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年4月至2021年7月该院收治的84例行脑动脉瘤介入术的患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各42例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施基于FTS理念的护理模式,比较两组预后指标水平、神经功能缺损[美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)]评分、运动功能[Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定法(FMA)]评分、生命质量[改良Rankin量表(MRS)]评分及并发症发生率。结果:观察组恢复正常饮食时间、首次下床活动时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组NIHSS、MRS评分均低于对照组,FMA评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为7.14%,低于对照组的28.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于FTS理念的护理模式应用于脑动脉瘤介入治疗患者,可加快预后,减轻神经功能损伤,促进运动功能恢复,提高生命质量,降低并发症发生率,其效果优于常规护理。
Objective: To observe application effects of fast track surgery(FTS) concept-based nursing model in patients with cerebral aneurysm undergoing interventional therapy. Methods: A prospective study was conducted on 84 patients with cerebral aneurysm undergoing interventional surgery in this hospital from April 2020 to July 2021. They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, 42 cases in each. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group was given the FTS concept-based nursing. The prognostic indicator levels, the neurological deficit [national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS)] score, the motor function [Fugl-Meyer motor assessment(FMA)] score, the quality of life [modified Rankin scale(MRS)] score, and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results: The time of returning to normal diet, the first out-of-bed time and the hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The NIHSS score and MRS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the FMA score was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Further, the incidence of complications of the observation group was 7.14%, which was lower than 28.57 % in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions: The FTS concept-based nursing for the patients with cerebral aneurysm undergoing interventional therapy can accelerate the prognosis, reduce the neurological deficits, promote the recovery of motor function, improve the quality of life and reduce the incidence of complications. Moreover, it is superior to the routine nursing.
