摘要
目的分析加味补中益气汤治疗原发性甲状腺功能减退症的效果。方法选取2019年1月—2020年12月于营口市中医院接受治疗的88例原发性甲状腺功能减退症患者,以Excel随机数字表法分入参照组(44例)、研究组(44例)。予以参照组患者左甲状腺素钠片治疗,予以研究组患者加味补中益气汤配合左甲状腺素钠片治疗,均持续治疗8周。观察2组患者的甲状腺激素水平、中医症状积分、不良反应发生率。结果治疗前,2组患者各项甲状腺激素水平、中医症状积分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组患者促甲状腺激素(TSH)低于参照组,游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离四磺甲状腺原氨酸(FT4)高于参照组,中医症状积分低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论原发性甲状腺功能减退患者在常规治疗的基础上,联合加味补中益气汤治疗,能够改善甲状腺功能、提升甲状腺激素调节效果进而较好地改善临床症状,且不增加不良反应,具有推广使用价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of modified BuzhongYiqi decoction in the treatment of primary hypothyroidism.Methods A total of 88 patients with primary hypothyroidism who were treated in Yingkou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into the co grontrolup(44 cases)and the study group(44 cases)using an Excel random number table.Patients in the control group were treated with levothyroxine sodium tablets,and patients in the study group were treated with modified BuzhongYiqi decoction combined with levothyroxine sodium tablets.The treatment was continued for 8 weeks.The thyroid hormone levels,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were observed.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in thyroid hormone levels and TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the TSH of the study group was lower than the reference group,and FT3 and FT4 were higher than the reference group.TCM syndrome scores Lower than the reference group,the difference was significant(P>0.05).The occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional treatment,treating patients with primary hypothyroidism with supplemented Buzhong Yiqi decoction can improve the effect of thyroid hormone regulation and symptom improvement without increasing adverse reactions,which is of value for promotion.
