摘要
目的通过PEST模型分析医共体信息化建设的影响因素,为其发展提供参考。方法基于医共体信息化建设的相关资料、发展现状及中国卫生健康统计年鉴相关数据,运用PEST分析方法,从政治、经济、社会和技术4个角度对医共体信息化建设进行分析,为我国医共体信息化建设提供参考。结果医共体信息化建设整体发展环境良好,具有政治、经济、社会和技术上的优势,但医共体信息化建设实施的配套政策和信息化水平仍需进一步完善。结论政府应不断健全信息化建设配套相关政策,加大对信息化建设的投入力度;促进优质资源下沉,提升居民健康水平;加强对复合型人才的培养,做好宣传工作,实现医疗信息互联互通。
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of the construction of medical community informatization through PEST model,and find the deficiencies in its macro environment,so as to provide reference for its development.Methods Based on the relevant information and development status of the construction of medical community informatization,PEST analysis method was used to analyze the construction of medical community informatization from the perspectives of politics,economy,society and technology.Results The overall development environment of medical community informatization construction is good,with political,economic,social and technical advantages,but the supporting policies and information level of medical community informatization construction still need to be further improved.Conclusion The government should constantly improve the related policies of information construction,increase the investment in information construction,promote the sinking of high-quality resources and the health of residents,strengthen the training of compound talents,do a good job of publicity,and realize the interconnection of medical information.
