基于成果导向教育理念的中职药剂专业课程诊改研究与实践

摘要 基于成果导向教育理念进行中职药剂专业课程诊改,打造以成果为导向的课程目标链和标准链,为课程诊改找准方向;构建“8”字形质量改进螺旋,保障课程诊改的有效实施。主要从课程建设和课堂实施两方面设计质控点,进行实时监测、诊断和改进,以促进本专业高素质技术技能型人才培养质量的持续提升。 Based on the Outcome-based Education concept,the curriculum reform of pharmacy in secondary vocational school was carried out to create the Outcome-based curriculum target chain and standard chain,to find the correct direction for curriculum reform.To establish a"8"shaped quality improvement spiral to ensure the effective implementation of pharmacy curriculum reform.The quality control dots are mainly designed from the aspects of curriculum construction and classroom implementation for real-time monitoring,diagnosis and improvement,so as to promote the continuous improvement of the training quality of high-quality technical and skilled talents in this specialty.
