摘要
丙酮酸肌酸(CrPyr)是丙酮酸和肌酸的复合物,既有促进机体生长发育、调节蛋白质和脂质代谢的作用,又弥补了丙酮酸易氧化、肌酸难溶于水的特性。本文介绍了丙酮酸、肌酸和CrPyr的生物学功能,以及在畜禽上的应用研究,以期为CrPyr在畜禽生产上的应用提供参考。
Creatine pyruvate(CrPyr)is a complex of pyruvate and creatine. It not only promotes body growth and development,regulates protein and lipid metabolism,but also makes up for the characteristics of pyruvate easy oxidation and creatine insoluble in water. In this paper,the biological functions of pyruvate,creatine and CrPyr and their application in livestock and poultry were introduced,in order to provide reference for the application of CrPyr in livestock and poultry production.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2023,35(1):110-119]
