摘要
某余热锅炉在运行中发现水冷壁管屏表面发生泄漏。对水冷壁样管进行取样,分析结果表明:样品的化学成分、力学性能和金相组织符合标准要求,因管子外壁发生了高温硫腐蚀和氯腐蚀,使水冷壁有效承载壁厚减小,无法承受内部压力而发生泄漏。
During the normal operation of a waste heat boiler, a leakage is found on the surface of the water wall tube. The water wall sample tube is sampled, and the analysis results show that the chemical composition, mechanical properties and metallographic structure of the sample meet the standard requirements. The leakage is caused by high-temperature sulfur corrosion and chlorine corrosion on the outer wall of the tube, which reduces the effective bearing wall thickness of the water wall that can not withstand the internal pressure.
