摘要
为了更好响应“双碳”背景下建设绿色铁路的要求,本文分析了我国目前碳排放情况,说明碳排放政策将会对未来不同行业提出哪些新要求;结合铁路行业碳排放特点,铁路建设过程中对原材料的需求和施工造成的碳排放,以及将铁路运输与其他运输方式对比,分析铁路客货运的碳排放特点;从铁路建设与维护以及运输两个角度,叙述了目前已经落实的减排行动;结合铁路行业分布范围广,地区差异明显的特点,对未来碳中和工作提出展望与建议。
In order to better respond to the requirements of building green railways in the context of“carbon peak and neutrality”,this article analyzes China's current carbon emissions and explains what new requirements the carbon emissions policy will put forward for different industries in the future;combining the characteristics of carbon emissions in the railway industry,the demand for raw materials and the carbon emissions caused by construction in the process of railway construction,comparing the carbon emissions of railway transportation with other modes of transportation,the carbon emissions characteristics of railway passenger and freight transportation are analyzed;from the perspectives of railway construction and maintenance and railway transportation,the current status of emission reduction actions that have been implemented is reported;combined with the wide distribution of the railway industry and the obvious regional differences,prospects and suggestions for future carbon neutrality work are put forward.
