抗生素类制药废水总氮降解工艺优化研究

摘要 以生产兽用金霉素和盐酸金霉素为主的抗生素类专业生物发酵制药企业的废水具有水量、水质波动较大、成分复杂等特点。基于此,本文在国内常用污水处理系统的基础上,对处理方式进行了优化,从而大幅降低了电耗、外加碳源及污泥处置等运行成本,减轻了企业负担,确保了企业的健康良性发展、同时解决了目前我国抗生素类发酵制药行业废水处理总氮降解难、运行不稳定以及运行费用高等关键问题,实现了高氨氮、高有机抗生素类制药废水全流程同步能源回收和无碳源脱氮技术的工程化应用。 The wastewater of antibiotic professional biological fermentation pharmaceutical enterprises,which mainly produce Chlortetracycline hydrochloride for animals and Chlortetracycline hydrochloride,has the characteristics of large fl uctuations in water volume and quality,as well as complex components.Based on this,this paper optimizes the treatment method on the basis of domestic commonly used sewage treatment systems,so as to greatly reduce the power consumption,additional carbon source and sludge disposal and other operating costs,and reduce the burden of enterprises,it ensures the healthy and benign development of the enterprise.At the same time,the key problems of total nitrogen reduction,unstable operation and high operation cost in the wastewater of antibiotic fermentation pharmaceutical industry in China have been solved,and the engineering application of the whole process synchronous energy recovery and carbon free denitrifi cation technology of high ammonia nitrogen and high organic antibiotic pharmaceutical wastewater has been realized.
