强脉冲光治疗仪治疗面部毛细血管扩张效果分析

摘要 目的:探讨强脉冲光(IPL)治疗仪在面部毛细血管扩张治疗中的使用要领,分析IPL治疗仪的临床使用效果。方法:深入了解IPL治疗仪的治疗原理及优势,充分掌握IPL治疗仪的治疗方法,避免其不良反应的发生;选取60例面部毛细血管扩张症患者,采用LumenisM22型第五代IPL治疗仪对其进行治疗,观察分析IPL治疗仪的治疗参数、不良反应及治疗疗效。结果:采用IPL治疗仪560 nm、590 nm及640 nm 3种治疗头对60例患者进行个性化3~5次治疗,每次治疗间隔3~4周,经治疗后,60例毛细血管扩张症患者基本痊愈21例(占35%),显效35例(占58%),有效3例(占5%),治疗总有效率为98.3%。结论:面部毛细血管扩张应用IPL技术治疗安全有效,无不良反应,患者依从性好,具有良好的使用价值。 Objective: To explore the application essentials of intense pulsed light(IPL) therapy device in the treatment of facial telangiectasia and to analyze the clinical application effect of the IPL therapy device. Methods: Indepth understanding of the treatment principles and advantages of the IPL treatment device was conducted and the treatment methods of the IPL treatment device were fully mastered to avoid the occurrence of adverse reactions. 60patients with facial telangiectasia were selected and treated them with Lumenis M22 fifth-generation photon therapy device. The treatment parameters, adverse reactions and curative effects of IPL therapy device were observed and analyzed. Results: The treatment heads of 560 nm, 590 nm and 640 nm of IPL therapy device were used to carry out 3-5 personalized treatments, the interval of each treatment was 3-4 weeks. After treatment, 21 cases of 60 cases facial telangiectasia were recovered basically(accounting for 35%), markedly effective in 35 cases(accounting for 58%), effective in 3 cases(accounting for 5%), and the total effective rate was 98.3%. Conclusion: The application of IPL technology in the treatment of facial telangiectasia is safe and effective, with no adverse reactions, good patient compliance, and good application value.
