摘要
文章在界定产业链供应链等系列概念的基础上,梳理了供应链、产业链自主可控的研究进展,发现国内关于供应链自主可控的文献多侧重安全性,即供应链风险管控,而国外文献多侧重对供应链成员关系、供应链绩效的影响。此外,在讨论产业链与供应链自主可控问题时,忽视了宏微观结构、组织联系,缺乏对产业链供应链自主可控的系统性、基础性研究。文章从一般企业产品供应链入手,围绕核心企业——制造商的输入品性质的不同,将供应商分为两类,即第一类供应商和第二类供应商。分析发现,第二类供应商概念的提出和对供应商的这一分类是深刻理解供应链自主可控的关键。
This paper defines the concepts of supply chain,industrial chain and industrial chain supply chain,combs through the research literature on the autonomous and controllable supply chain and industrial chain,and finds that domestic research focuses on the safety and reliability,while foreign literature mostly focuses on the impacts on supply chain member relationships and supply chain performances.Moreover,the macro and micro structures and organizational links between industrial chains and supply chains have been neglected,and there is a lack of systematic and fundamental research on autonomy and controllability.For a general enterprise product supply chain,this paper divides the suppliers into two categories,namely the typeⅠsuppliers and the typeⅡsuppliers,based on the difference of the input products.It is found that the typeⅡsuppliers and this classification are the key to understand the autonomous and controllable supply chain deeply.
