摘要
针对目前加工激光沉积制造钛合金Ti6Al4V存在的加工质量较差、加工效率较低等问题,以切削力、表面形貌、表面粗糙度、亚表面损伤作为评价指标,采用了正交试验的方法通过设置不同的铣削参数对立铣后的表面层进行分析.结果表明:切削深度对切削力和表面粗糙度的影响较大;在每齿进给量为0.03 mm、切削速度为70 mm/min、切削深度为0.9 mm、切削宽度为0.5 mm时,切削力较小,表面粗糙度较低且亚表面损伤较小;沉积钛合金会出现未熔化粉末颗粒缺陷.工艺参数会对沉积钛合金的加工产生重要影响,且加工参数仍需要进一步优化.
Aiming at the current problems of poor machining quality and low machining efficiency for the processing of titanium alloy Ti6Al4V manufactured by laser-deposition,the cutting force,surface topography,surface roughness and subsurface damage were used as evaluation indexes,the surface layer subjected to end milling was analyzed with the orthogonal test method by setting different milling parameters.The results show that the cutting depth has considerable influence on the cutting force and the surface roughness.At a feed of 0.03 mm per tooth,a cutting speed of 70 mm/min,a cutting depth of 0.9 mm and a cutting width of 0.5 mm,the cutting force and the surface roughness are lower,and the subsurface damage is smaller.At the same time,the particle defects of unmelted powders will appear over the deposited titanium alloy.It is confirmed that the processing parameters have an important impact on the machining of deposited titanium alloy,and the further optimization of machining parameters is still needed.
