摘要
为使用便携式设备快速高效地辨识木材解剖构造特征,将便携显微相机应用于木材微观构造特征的观察和显微相片拍摄,以10种木料为例,对其进行宏微观结构特征观察与分析,进而实现对木材材种的鉴别。研究结果表明:应用便携显微相机可清晰地观察和拍摄木材三切面的特征结构,同时该相机具有体积小、质量轻、成本低、方便携带和使用的优点,所观察的木材试样不需要进行软化、切片等处理步骤,适合多场景木材材种鉴别。研究结果对自动化木材识别系统开发具有一定意义。
In order to identify the anatomical features of wood quickly, efficiently, and conveniently, portable microscope camera was applied to observe and photograph the microstructure of wood. In this study, 10 kinds of wood were taken as examples to observe and analyze their macro and micro structure characteristics, to realize the identification of wood species. The results showed that the application of portable microscope camera can clearly observe and photograph the characteristics of the three sections structure of wood. Moreover, the camera had the advantages of small size, light weight, low cost, easy to carry and use. The wood samples observed by the microscopic camera did not need to be softened or sliced. This kind of equipment and technology was suitable for the identification of wood species in multiple scenes, and has certain significance for the development of automatic wood identification system.
