新建地方应用型高校专业课程教学模式的探索——以生物技术核心课程《生物化学》教学模式的探索为例 被引量:1

摘要 专业课程教学模式是新建地方应用型高校实现创新性应用型人才教学目标的重要途径。分析了新建地方应用型高校专业课程教学普遍现状及存在的问题,并以生物技术专业核心课程《生物化学》为例,尝试打破传统单一的课堂教学模式,探索多元化课堂教学模式,并对该课程平时成绩的考核方式和试卷考试考核的内容进行改革,建立适合的考核机制;同时提出建立一支理论扎实和实践能力强的师资队伍是多元化教学模式顺利实施的关键,进一步就专业课程教师的教学研究及实践能力提升的思路进行了初步探讨。 The teaching mode of specialized courses is an important way to realize the teaching goal of innovative applied talents in new local application-oriented universities.The current situation and existing problems of specia-lized courses were analyzed.By taking Biochemistry of the core course of biotechnology as an example,the traditional single teaching mode was broken for exploring diversified ones in class.The methods and the contents involved in examination were reformed for establishing a suitable examination mechanism.Meanwhile,a team of teachers with solid theory and strong practical ability is the key point for successfully implementing diversified teaching mode.Furthermore,the teaching research and practical ability improvement of professional course teachers were preliminarily discussed in this paper.The results can provide reference for the reform of other professional course teaching models and the construction of teaching staff in similar universities.
