摘要
社区教育与社区治理相互作用,又具有各自独特的体系架构,其融合发展成为当前社会发展的实然之需。以社会系统网络、社会信任和社会规范为三大关键要素的社会资本理论,为研究社区教育与社区治理的融合发展提供了新的逻辑框架和理论视角,而信任缺失、制度规范不完善、网络不健全等导致的社会资本存量不足,是阻碍社区教育与社区治理有机融合的主要因素,应通过形塑社区教育与社区治理的“互信”、实现社区教育与社区治理的“互惠共生”、推动社区教育与社区治理的“互嵌”等实践路向来实现社会资本存量的增加,促进社区教育与社区治理的融合发展。
Community education and community governance interact with each other and have their unique system structures.Their integrated development has become a real need for current social development.Three key elements of social system network,social trust,and social norms in social capital theory provide a new logical framework and theoretical perspective for their integration.However,the lack of trust and the incomplete institutional norms and networks lead to insufficient social capital,mainly hindering integration.To increase the stock of social capital and promote their integration,it should be achieved by shaping the mutual trust of community education and community governance,realizing their mutual benefit and symbiosis,and promoting the inter-embedding of community education and community governance.
