摘要
石油焦是石油延迟焦化的产物,它的高硫含量不仅会对环境造成污染,更会影响其在工业中下游产业的利用,因此寻找一种经济且高效的脱硫方法成为必要。而煅烧脱硫是当今工业领域上应用较多,且在脱硫率上有绝对优势的脱硫方法。本文总结了石油焦内的硫含量以及赋存形态,综述了煅烧脱硫的影响因素(煅烧温度、煅烧时间、煅烧气氛、反应器、碱性添加物、原料粒度)。对热法脱硫的脱硫机理进行了详细的讨论,并针对目前研究的不足提出了展望。
Petroleum coke is the product of petroleum delayed coking.Its high sulfur content will not only pollute the environment,but also affect its utilization in the downstream of the industry.Therefore,it is necessary to find an economic and efficient desulfurization method.Calcination desulfurization is widely used in the industrial field and has absolute advantages in desulfurization rate.In this paper,the sulfur content and existing forms in petroleum coke are summarized.The influencing factors,including calcination temperature,calcination time,calcination atmosphere,reactor,alkaline additives and raw material particle size,have been also summarized.In addition,the mechanism of calcination desulfurization has been discussed in detail,and the prospect of current research has been put forward.
