摘要
变电站人工挖孔桩的尺寸是否满足设计要求,需工程管理人员进入基坑内,使用卷尺等工具进行测量、检查、验收,而这些工程管理人员不是施工作业人员,存在高空坠落、密闭空间中毒等安全隐患。针对上述问题,提出一种基于三维扫描的深基坑测量设备,通过4G通信模块和后台分析软件,实现对四周基坑内壁的扫描和判断。
Whether the size of the manual hole digging pile in the substation meets the design requirements requires the project management personnel to enter the foundation pit and use tape and other tools for measurement,inspection and acceptance.However,these project management personnel are not construction workers and have potential safety hazards such as falling from height and poisoning in confined space.Aiming at the above problems,a deep foundation pit measuring equipment based on 3D scanning is designed.Through 4G communication module and background analysis software,the scanning and judgment of the inner wall of the surrounding foundation pit are realized.
