摘要
以硅烷改性聚醚树脂、自制聚氨酯预聚体作为基础原料,同时添加填料、催化剂、触变剂、紫外线吸收剂、光稳定剂等材料制备双组份MS密封胶和聚氨酯改性密封胶,研究2种密封胶的表干时间及触变剂对密封胶弹性模量、抗流挂性、挤出性能的影响,并在不同浸水时间情况下分析拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、粘结面破坏、定伸粘结性指标的变化及不同老化条件下的溶胀情况。实验结果表明:聚氨酯改性密封胶添加0.25%催化剂适宜,双组分MS密封胶添加0.75%催化剂更为合适;将聚酰胺蜡作为首选触变剂;底涂可提升密封胶的防水性能,有底涂的双组合MS密封胶性能优于有底涂的聚氨酯改性密封胶;紫外老化条件对聚氨酯改性密封胶影响大,双组合MS密封胶溶胀倍率呈低-高-低-高趋势变化。
wo-component MS sealant and polyurethane modified sealant were prepared by using silane-modified polyether resin and homemade polyurethane prepolymer as the basic raw materials,and adding filler,catalyst,thixotropic agent,ultraviolet absorber,light stabilizer and other materials to study the effects of surface drying time and thixotropic agent on the elastic modulus,sagging resistance and extrusion performance of the sealant,and the tensile strength,elongation at break,bonding surface failure,changes of fixed-extension adhesion indexes and swelling under different aging conditions were analyzed under different immersion times.The experimental results showed that 0.25%catalyst was suitable for polyurethane modified sealant,and 0.75%catalyst was more suitable for two-component MS sealant;Polyamide wax was used as the preferred thixotropic agent;Primer could improve the waterproof performance of sealant,and the performance of double combination MS sealant with primer was better than that of polyurethane modified sealant with primer;UV aging conditions had great influence on polyurethane modified sealant,and the swelling ratio of double combination MS sealant showed a low high low high trend.
