双曲率全高度泡沫夹层复合材料胶接固化成型技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 以双曲率全高度泡沫夹层结构为研究对象,采用上、下合模的组合模具成型方案,分析了组合模具配合间隙及不同固化压力对零件成型质量的影响。结果表明:选用上、下合模的组合模具成型,通过预留0.9 mm配合间隙,可保证固化过程中压力的有效传递,满足零件成型后外形及内部孔隙率的要求,成型后零件外形控制在±0.6 mm,孔隙率小于1.2%,满足民用飞机外形及内部质量要求。通过制造平板泡沫夹层试验件,探索固化压力对零件力学性能的影响。结果表明:在0.2、0.3 MPa固化压力下成型的试验件剪切强度、平面拉伸强度及弯曲强度基本保持一致;0.3 MPa成型的试验件滚筒剥离强度优于0.2 MPa的;零件的最优固化压力为0.3 MPa。以0.3 MPa压力进行某型机零件制造,满足工程要求。 With the double-curvature full-height foam sandwich structure as the research object,the combined mold forming scheme of upper and lower mold clamping is used to analyze the influence of the combined mold clearance and different curing pressures on the quality of the parts.The combination of upper and lower clamping molds is used for molding,and the 0.9 mm matching gap is reserved to ensure the effective transmission of pressure during the curing process,and meet the requirements of the shape and internal porosity of the part after molding.The shape of the part after molding is controlled within±0.6 mm,porosity is less than 1.2%,meeting the requirements of civil aircraft shape and internal quality.The effect of curing pressure on the mechanical properties of parts is explored by manufacturing flat foam sandwich test pieces.The results show that the shear strength,plane tensile strength and bending strength of the test pieces formed under the curing pressure of 0.2 MPa and 0.3 MPa are basically the same.The roller peel strength of the molded test piece under the curing pressure of 0.3 MPa is better than that of 0.2 MPa,and the optimal curing pressure of the part is 0.3 MPa.
