摘要
高分子材料在我国煤矿业的应用尤为广泛,为了更好的满足煤矿用高分子材料注浆需求,解决注浆装置种类较多,设备井下空间占用较大,注浆工作效率不高等问题。通过对煤矿用高分子材料的类型特点进行分析,提出一种一体化注浆装置技术设计思路,可以满足高分子材料在制浆、注浆环节的技术要求,快速高效发挥高分子材料的安全特性。以某矿井工作面为例,应用此注浆装置的技术安全要求与性能特性均符合预期,在煤矿用高分子材料注浆工序中,建议根据注浆装置的具体用途和实际工况作为选用依据,为类似工程提供理论参考。
Polymer materials are widely used in my country's coal mining industry at present.In order to better meet the grouting requirements of polymer materials for coal mines,the various types of grouting pumps and obvious shortcomings can be solved.The underground space occupies a large amount,and the grouting work is improved.efficiency.This paper summarizes the types and characteristics of polymer materials used in coal mines,puts forward the safety issues in the application of grouting in coal mines,and proposes a technical design idea for an integrated grouting device,which can meet the technical requirements of polymer materials in the process of grouting and grouting.requirements,quickly and efficiently exert the safety characteristics of polymer materials.Taking a working face of a mine as an example,the technical safety requirements and performance characteristics of the grouting device are in line with expectations.In the grouting process of polymer materials used in coal mines,it is recommended that the specific use and actual working conditions of the grouting device be used as the basis for selection.,to provide a theoretical reference for similar projects.
