摘要
酒店管理专业是应用性与实践性的专业,其中实践教学是民族高校培养学生实践能力与创新能力的重要教学环节。本文以职业能力为导向,通过对民族地区酒店管理专业实践教学中存在的理论教学与实践教学结合不够紧密、双师型师资短缺、实践教学培养体系不完善、实习实践教学基地建设等方面问题进行分析,结合当前经济社会发展与民族地区服务行业实际发展情况,构建基于职业能力为导向的民族高校酒店管理实践教学体系。
The major of hotel management gives priority to application and practice and the practical teaching in this major is an important teaching link to develop students’ practical ability and innovation ability in ethnic minority colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the problems in the practical teaching of hotel management majors in ethnic minority areas,such as the insufficient combination of theoretical teaching and practical teaching,the shortage of double qualified teachers,the imperfect training system of practical teaching,and the construction of internship and practical teaching bases,etc. In consideration of the current economic and social development and the situation of the service industry in ethnic areas,the practical teaching system of hotel management in ethnic universities is constructed based on vocational competence-oriented.
