摘要
目的深入分析和探究老年帕金森病患者通过制定出综合护理的方案对其生活质量提升所产生的积极意义与临床应用价值。方法案例采用回顾式分析的方式,选择2021年1月—2022年1月福建省汀州医院所接诊的100例老年帕金森病患者资料,将其作为研究对象,并且按照随机分组的方式将其平均分为观察组和对照组,各50例。针对对照组患者采用常规护理方式,观察组患者采用综合护理方案,对比分析两组患者的躯体功能、心理功能、物质生活以及社会功能等生活质量方面的变化情况。结果干预之后,观察组患者的生活质量评分明显高于对照组且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对老年帕金森病患者制定综合护理的方案确实可以有效提高其生活质量,在未来具有更为显著的临床应用价值。
Objective To deeply analyze and explore the positive significance and clinical application value of improving the quality of life of elderly patients with Parkinson’s disease by developing a comprehensive nursing plan.Methods Retrospective analysis was used to analyze the cases.Data of 100 elderly patients with Parkinson’s disease treated from January 2021 to January 2022 in Tingzhou Hospital,Fujian selected as research objects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group.For the control group of patients with conventional nursing,the observation group of patients with comprehensive nursing plan,comparative analysis of the two groups of patients with physical function,psychological function,material life and social function and other quality of life changes.Results After intervention,the qual i ty of life score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The development of comprehensive nursing plan for elderly patients with Parkinson’s disease can ef fectively improve their quality of life,and has more significant clinical application value in the future.
