摘要
在煤矿变电站的设计方案中越来越多的选择安装3台变压器,正常生产时2台运行1台备用,运行过程中2台变压器不能同时停运,主变压器的事故保证率为100%,单母线分2段接线、内桥接线等电气主接线方式已经不能满足煤矿供电安全可靠的要求;备用电源自动投入装置、电压并列装置及切换装置等设备在电力系统中的应用越来越广泛,一旦设计不合理,将会影响供电的可靠性和电力设备的安全运行,造成停电事故扩大,严重时可造成人员伤亡事故。本文主要探讨2条进线3台变压器的煤矿变电站设计中存在的问题,提出科学合理的解决对策,并在实际工程设计中得到良好应用。
In the design of coal mine substation, more and more people choose to install three transformers.During normal operation, two transformers run and one is for standby.During operation, two main transformers cannot be shut down at the same time, and the accident guarantee rate of the main transformer is 100%.The main electrical mains such as two sections of single bus and internal bridge can no longer meet the requirements of safe and reliable power supply in coal mines.The automatic input device for backup power supply, voltage parallel circuit and switching circuit are more and more widely used in substations.Once the design is unreasonable, it will affect the reliability of power supply and the safe operation of power equipment, resulting in the expansion of power failure accidents and casualties in serious cases.This paper mainly discusses the problems existing in the design of coal mine substation with 2 input lines and 3 transformers, and puts forward scientific and reasonable solutions, which have been well applied in practical engineering design.
