摘要
差旅信息统计和管理是测绘部门的一项日常重要工作,也是任务安排与仪器设备调配的重要组成部分。为了满足差旅信息管理的信息化建设目标,通过对外业工作进行梳理,基于微信小程序技术开发一套实用、便捷、高效的测绘差旅管理系统。系统依托于微信平台运行,为用户提供差旅管理、账号管理、地图服务、测绘内外业知识共享等功能服务。通过测绘差旅系统的应用,测绘差旅人员可更加高效地分享和管理自己的差旅信息,更为便捷实现仪器设备账号申请与管理、班组人员分布查询、常用测绘知识快捷查阅等功能,构建测绘差旅管理新模式,提高外业人员与管理人员的工作效率和智慧化水平。
Business travel information statistics and management is an important daily work of surveying and mapping department,and also an important part of task arrangement and instrument and equipment deployment.In order to meet the goal of information construction of business travel information management,a practical,convenient and efficient surveying and mapping business travel management system is developed based on wechat miniprogram technology through sorting out foreign industry work.Operating on the wechat platform,the system provides users with functional services such as travel management,account management,map services,and knowledge sharing within and outside the mapping industry.Through the application of the travel system of surveying and mapping,surveying and mapping travellers can be more efficient to share and manage your own travel information,more convenient to realize equipment account application and management,distributed query term workers,surveying and mapping knowledge and quick access to commonly used functions,such as building surveying and mapping travel management mode,enhancing the working efficiency of the field personnel and management personnel and intelligence level.
