摘要
采用二氯磷酸苯酯、三乙胺、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、2-(二乙胺基)乙醇和二乙醇胺合成了含磷二元醇(P-2OH),以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚碳酸酯二元醇(PCDL)、端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)、含磷二元醇(P-2OH)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯(PETA)、双季戊四醇(Di-PE)和三乙胺合成了磷硅复合改性的水性UV固化的六臂聚氨酯。通过红外光谱和核磁共振对聚合物的合成情况进行表征。与纯WPU相比,当含磷二元醇的质量分数为21.1%、端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷含量为12.1%时,涂膜的综合性能最佳,其耐水性增强,极限氧指数(LOI)由17.8%增加到27.5%,UL-94等级达到V-0级,残炭的石墨化程度提高,阻燃性能变好。
A self-made phosphorus containing diol P-2OH was synthesized from phenyldichlorophosphate,triethylamine,hydroxyethyl methacrylate,2-(diethylamino)ethanol and diethanolamine.Using isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),polycarbonate diol(PCDL),hydroxyl terminated polysiloxane(PDMS),phosphorus containing diol(P-2OH),dihydroxymethylpropionic acid(DMPA),pentaerythritol triacrylate(PETA),a waterborne UV curable six arm polyurethane modified by phosphorus and silicon was synthesized by dipentaerythritol(Di-PE)and triethylamine.The synthesis of the polymer was characterized by IR and NMR.Compared with pure WPU,when the mass fraction of phosphorus containing diol is 21.1% and the content of hydroxyl terminated polydimethylsiloxane is 12.1%,the comprehensive performance of the film is the best.Its water resistance is enhanced,the limiting oxygen index(LOI)is increased from 17.8% to 27.5%,UL-94 grade reaches V-0 grade,the graphitization degree of residual carbon is improved,and the flame retardant performance are improved.
