基于某发射装置的电子受信仪设计

摘要 针对旧式发射装置受信仪的角度采集数据正确性无法校验,运行、射界控制采用机械开关导致控制精度及可靠性不高等弊端,设计了一种以微控制器LPC2294为核心,集数据采集校验及智能控制等多功能于一体的电子受信仪。通过采集双机电编码器数据进行校验实现了采集角度数据的正确性检验。通过采集发射装置的高低、方向角度数据与预设运行、射界范围进行比较实现对运行、射界智能控制。通过上级控制计算机对电子受信仪发送指令实现对发射装置的运行、射界范围进行设定。经过长期大量工程实验验证,设计的电子受信仪提高了发射装置角度采集数据的可靠性,提高了发射装置运行、射界范围的控制精度,实现了对发射装置运行、射界智能化设定功能,达到了预期的设计目标。 In view of the fact that the correctness of the angle acquisition data of the old launcher can not be checked,and the control of the mechanical switch in the operation and shooting boundary control leads to the low control accuracy and reliability,a kind of electronic receiver with LPC2294 as the core was designed,which integrated the functions of data acquisition and verification and intelligent control.The electronic receiver verified the correctness of the collected angle data by collecting the data of the double electromechanical encoder.The electronic receiver realized the intelligent control of the operation and shooting boundary by collecting the height and direction angle data of the launcher and comparing it with the preset operation and shooting boundary range.Through the superior control computer to send instructions to the electronic receiver to realize the operation of the launcher,the shooting boundary range was set.After a large number of engineering experiments for a long time,the electronic receiver improved the reliability of angle acquisition data of launcher,improved the control accuracy of launcher operation and shooting boundary range,realized the intelligent setting function of launcher operation and shooting boundary,and achieved the expected design goal.
