摘要
近几年,随着我国经济的飞快发展,我国民众对柴油车的需求量不断提高,柴油车尾气给环境带来污染的较为严重,国家针对尾气排放出台了国六B的法规。为了落实国六的法规实施,我们提高后处理产品的高度模块化,减少整车的装配工序,我们针对国六后处理进行了研究,在后处理上面进行线束设计将所有传感器进行物理集成。
In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s economy, China’s public demand for diesel vehicles is increasing, diesel vehicle exhaust pollution to the environment is more serious, the country for exhaust emissions issued six B regulations. In order to implement the laws and regulations of State VI, we improved the high modularization of the post-processing products and reduced the assembly process of the whole vehicle. We conducted research on the post-processing of State VI, designed the wire harness on the post-processing and physically integrated all the sensors.
