摘要
利用太阳能聚光加热输油管道的新型减阻集热方式,实现了传统能源与新能源的有效对接。但是该方式涉及的相关机械设备不适宜进行现场操作,对实物教学造成了困难。本文研究利用虚拟仿真技术开发太阳能聚光加热输油管道的实验平台,再现了石油在管内流动的全过程,形象地模拟出系统在不同工况下所能达到的效果。同时为理论教学和实践训练提供了良好的平台,为培养创新型科技人才创造了条件。
The new resistance-reducing and heat-collecting method that uses concentrated solar energy to heat oil pipelines realizes an effective docking of traditional energy sources with new energy sources. However, the relevant mechanical equipment involved in this approach is not suitable for on-site operation, which poses difficulties for physical teaching. This research uses virtual simulation technology to develop an experimental platform for solar concentrating heating oil pipeline, reproducing the whole process of oil flowing in the pipe and simulating the effect that the system can achieve under different working conditions in a visual way. At the same time, it provides a good platform for theoretical teaching and practical training, and creates conditions for training innovative scientific and technological talents.
