车用爪极发电机新型三维分段等效磁路法研究

摘要 电励磁爪极发电机凭借其机械强度高、可靠性强等优点广泛应用于重型军用车辆领域。采用三维有限元法计算用时较长,而传统等效磁路法存在漏磁考虑不充分,结果不精确等缺陷。在现有二维磁路模型基础上,提出了一种基于轴向分段的爪极发电机新型三维磁路数学模型,该模型计算结果精确,漏磁考虑充分,大大降低了三维有限元法的计算时长。同时,推导出了各部分磁阻的解析计算公式,在此基础上得到了电机反电动势解析值以及磁密值。最后,通过对比分析三维有限元数值计算方法与新型三维磁路分析方法的解析结果表明了外特性曲线中两者电机端电压极差为4.45%,验证了所提出方法和理论分析的正确性与合理性,为研究电励磁爪机发电机的电磁特性分析提供了理论依据。 The electric excitation claw pole generator is widely used in the field of heavy military vehicles due to its advantages of high mechanical strength and high reliability.The 3D finite element method takes a long time to calculate,while the traditional equivalent magnetic circuit method has some defects,such as insufficient consideration of magnetic leakage and inaccurate results.On the basis of the existing two-dimensional magnetic circuit model,this paper proposes a mathematical model of a new three-dimensional magnetic circuit of the claw pole generator based on axial segments.The calculation results of the model are accurate,and the magnetic leakage is fully considered,which greatly reduces the calculation time of the three-dimensional finite element method.At the same time,the analytical calculation formula of the reluctance of each part is derived,and the analytical value of the back electromotive force and the magnetic density value of the motor are obtained on this basis.Finally,through the contrast analysis of the analytical results of the three-dimensional finite element numerical method and the new 3D magnetic circuit analysis method,it is shown that the voltage range of the two motors in the external characteristic curve is 4.45%,which verifies the correctness and rationality of the proposed method and the theoretical analysis,and provides a theoretical basis for the research of electromagnetic characteristics of the electric excitation claw pole generator.
