摘要
为提升贺兰山东麓酿酒葡萄果实品质,大约转色前1周对‘赤霞珠’葡萄果实喷施水杨酸、吲哚乙酸、茉莉酸甲酯及其相互组合,研究其对果实品质的影响。结果表明,所有外源激素处理均可提高葡萄果实的可溶性总糖和葡萄糖含量;喷施茉莉酸甲酯及分别与水杨酸、吲哚乙酸的组合均提高了果实中的蔗糖含量;喷施吲哚乙酸及其组合,以及水杨酸+茉莉酸甲酯组合可提高果实中的单宁含量;喷施茉莉酸甲酯能有效提升果实中的总花色苷含量。应用主成分分析综合评价得出,喷施水杨酸+茉莉酸甲酯组合处理的‘赤霞珠’果实品质表现最好。
In order to improve grape fruit quality in eastern foot of Helan Mountain,SA,IAA,MeJA and their combinations were sprayed on’Cabernet Sauvignon’grapes one week before color transformation to study their effects on grape fruit quality.The results showed that all treatments could increase the contents of soluble total sugar and glucose in fruits,while treatments of MeJA and its combination with SA and IAA could increase the content of sucrose in fruits.Spraying IAA and its combination as well as SA+MeJA combination could increase the tannin content in fruits,while spraying MeJA could effectively increase the total anthocyanin content in fruits.According to the comprehensive evaluation of principal component analysis,the fruit quality of’Cabernet Sauvignon’sprayed with the combination of SA and MeJA was the best.
