摘要
为改善发动机燃用生物柴油排放特性,通过向生物柴油添加甲醇/乙醇形成混合燃料在一台单缸柴油机上进行负荷特性下排放对比研究。结果表明:掺醇混合燃料CO的排放量在中高负荷较B100低,生物柴油-甲醇混合燃料好于生物柴油-乙醇;在整个负荷范围内,掺醇的混合燃料HC排放量都较B100稍高;四种混合燃料在整个负荷范围内NOx的排放量较B100无规律;掺醇形成的混合燃料较B100来看,碳烟排放量全线下降。
In order to improve the emission characteristics of engines fueled with biodiesel, comparative studies were carried out on a single cylinder diesel by adding methanol/ethanol to biodiesel under the discharge load characteristics.The results show that the CO emissions of the alcohol blended fuel are lower than B100 at medium and high loads;And the biodiesel-methanol blended fuel is better than biodieselethanol. The HC emissions of the alcohol blended fuel are slightly higher than B100 in the entire load range;The NOxemissions of the four mixed fuels in the entire load range are more irregular than those of B100;The mixed fuel formed by blending alcohol has a full reduction in soot emissions compared to B100.
