三轮摩托车排放测试循环的分析研究

摘要 近年来,三轮摩托车的产销量保持稳定增长,除了传统的载货载客用三轮车之外,娱乐用的高速三轮摩托车数量也在逐年增加。在进行型式检验时,运行不同的排放测试循环,污染物排放水平有很大区别。通过选取代表性车辆进行整车排放试验,研究了欧5法规中三轮摩托车使用WMTC循环进行排放测试的可行性,并对使用WMTC循环的排放试验结果进行了分析,将其与ECE R40循环的试验结果进行了对比。分析表明,相比于ECE R40循环,三轮摩托车排放试验采用WMTC循环,能够更好地符合车辆的实际道路行驶特征。 In recent years, the production and sales of three wheeled motorcycles have increased steadily.In addition to the traditional cargo and passenger tricycles, the number of high-speed three wheeled motorcycles for entertainment is also increasing year by year. During the type inspection, the pollutant emission levels vary greatly with different test cycles. By selecting representative vehicles for vehicle emission test, this paper studies the feasibility of using WMTC cycle in the emission test of three wheeled motorcycles in Euro 5 regulation, analyzes the emission test results, and compares them with the test results of ECE R40 cycle. The analysis shows that, compared with ECE R40 cycle, WMTC cycle can better meet the actual road driving characteristics of three wheeled motorcycles.
