摘要
复发性口腔溃疡是一种临床常见的发生于口腔黏膜层的溃疡性疾病。由于其发病机制并不明确,所以目前西医没有针对性的治疗方法,因此该病复发率一直居高不下,复发周期不断变短。中医在治疗和预防复发性口腔溃疡积累了丰富的临床经验,在降低复发率、延长复发周期方面具有显著优势。李晶教授治疗复发性口腔溃疡以“气阴亏虚”为主证,在此基础上根据“肝郁、湿热、伏火”等兼证辨证论治,治疗上常以慎柔养真汤加黄芪、女贞子、醋龟甲、蜈蚣为基础方进行加减,取得了显著的临床疗效。此文主要介绍李教授治疗复发性口腔溃疡的辨证思路和用药经验,并附医案加以佐证。
Recurrent oral ulcer is a common ulcerative disease occurring in oral mucosa.Because its pathogenesis is not clear,there is no targeted treatment in western medicine at present,so the recurrence rate of the disease has been high,and the recurrence cycle is getting shorter.Traditional Chinese medicine has accumulated rich clinical experience in the treatment and prevention of recurrent oral ulcer,and has significant advantages in reducing the recurrence rate and prolonging the recurrence cycle.Professor Li Jing treated recurrent oral ulcer with"deficiency of qi and yin"as the main syndrome,on this basis according to"liver depression,dampness and heat,fire control"and other syndromes,in the treatment of Shenrou Yangzhen decoction with astragalus membranaceus,ligustrum lucidum,vinegar tortoise shell,centipede as the basis of addition and reduction,has achieved remarkable clinical effect.This article mainly introduces professor Li’s thought of syndrome differentiation and experience in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer,attached medical records.
