摘要
多系统萎缩是一种神经系统变性疾病,临床表现为自主神经功能障碍、帕金森综合征、小脑性共济失调等症状,并分为MSA-P型和MSA-C型2个亚型。当前此病西医病因及发病机制尚不明确,现代医学尚无针对性治疗方法;中医学对此病的辨证论治不完全相同,但都能有效缓解其发病症状。此文报道郝风玲教授以杞菊六味汤加减治疗MSA-C型多系统萎缩1例。
Multiple system atrophy is a degenerative disease of the nervous system.The clinical manifestations are autonomic dysfunction,Parkinson’s syndrome,cerebellar ataxia and other symptoms,and is divided into two subtypes:MSA-P type and MSA-C type.At present,the etiology and pathogenesis of this disease are still unclear,and there is no targeted treatment in modern medicine.The syndrome differentiation treatment of this disease in the medicine of the motherland is not exactly the same,but it can effectively alleviate its symptoms.This article reports a case of Professor Hao Fengling in treating MSA-C multiple system atrophy with Qiju Liuwei decoction.
